New ideas have a habit of moving slowly in the beginning. It took ten years for Human Givens to reach the tipping point in the UK. Outdated ideas tend to remain as the status quo for a lot longer than that because few people, and even fewer institutions, like to change.
Hope for soldiers with PTSD
Hope has finally arrived for soldiers traumatised by their war experiences. A new Charity, PTSD Resolution has been launched in the UK. See for yourself what is possible by visiting the site www.ptsdresolution.org. The service in the UK is free at the point of take up, but as no such charity exists in Australia or New Zealand, people would need to pay for the services of the Human Givens therapists locally who are all trained in the relevant techniques for trauma resolution recommended by NICE.

How Human Givens works in practice

Human Givens Courses in ANZ
Human Givens is a pragmatic, living, and evolving approach at the forefront of modern, outcome-informed, psychotherapy and counselling.
Clearmind College, based in Canberra from 2007 to 2010, was the only UK-accredited training organisation for Human Givens Psychology and Psychotherapy in the southern hemisphere.
